An area undergoing transformation

The Huayacán corridor is currently experiencing one of the most significant investment booms in its history. New commercial, road, and service infrastructure is being added every year to an area that already features premium supermarkets, gyms, schools at all levels, and medical centers.

Expanding Connectivity: The extension of Huayacán Avenue—a state government project—will extend this avenue by 9 km to connect Federal Highway 180 with Highway 307, creating a direct route to the airport and the Riviera Maya without having to pass through the city center.

An expanding airport: Cancún International Airport—Mexico’s busiest airport in terms of international traffic—is expanding its terminals, with a scheduled reopening in 2026. More than 29 million passengers traveled through the airport in 2025, with growth projected due to international events such as the FIFA World Cup.

Everything points in the same direction: the Equestrian District is establishing itself as Cancún’s residential hub.
