Who we are
Elaa Biens is a family-led developer. There is no anonymous corporation behind Zen Park: there are named people, present in the project every day, who answer for it.
Joaquín Rodríguez
Chief executive. He set the project's vision, design direction and structure, and from the outset brought together experienced Cancún real-estate advisors to assemble the right team. His direction runs through every layer of Zen Park —architecture, marketing and commercialization— and Zen Living Standard was born of his vision.
Joaquín Rodríguez Jr.
Leads marketing, brand and technology across Zen Park and Zen Living Standard. He heads the development of Zen OS, the proprietary platform that runs Zen Park —and now the Zen Equestrian Club— coordinates the marketing and sales teams, and directs live-event production.
The story, plainly told
ELAA Biens, S.A. de C.V. was incorporated in 2021 as a real-estate company. In 2024, our family acquired it as the development vehicle for Zen Park — its first project. We are not going to claim a track record that isn't ours.
That is exactly why every specialty of Zen Park is answered for by a firm with its own track record — named, with defined responsibility.
